Are you
interested in Networking and would like to join Skynet's Business
Action Group?
This is much like a one to one business coaching session but with a
few extra participants and
significantly more cost effective.
Ray will
chair the session and provide guidance in business planning and
profit improvement areas including but not limited to:
- How to
grow the business
- How to
buy a business and not get ripped off
- How to
better utilise resources
- How to
increase profits
- How to
increase sales
- How to
better manage the business
- How to
improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
- How to
innovate the business
- How to
improve employee morale
- How to
better manage time
- How to
reduce stress
- How to
formulate an exit strategy
Each member of the group will discuss issues and challenges they
are experiencing (approximately 15 minutes each) and then the
facilitator will respond with guidance and feedback. This is a
fantastic learning experience for all participants. The outcome of
2 and a half hours could literally save you a fortune.
Participant Group
Location, Size, Times and Cost
Group
sessions must include at least 5 participants, the location
will be in Footscray and run after hours for a total of 2 and a
half hours.
The cost
of the session is $250 and must be paid prior to session, if you
are interested in joining the next group session, send us an email with
your details and we will be in contact with the next time and
date.
Skynet's
Networking Code of Practice
These are the basic guidelines which all members of the group
must adhere to:
- Everyone must respect the other members privacy
- When one person is talking, the others do not interrupt
- No group member dominates the group discussion
- Feedback is encouraged but criticism has no place
- Everyone has a chair for 15 minutes
- No member must be in direct business competition with another
member
- Time is of the essence and therefore the sessions will begin at
the time prescribed
- Participants are encouraged not to divulge financial details of
their businesses
