Founder
Ray Earl is Founder and CEO of Skynet Corporation Pty Ltd.
A brief reflection of some of Ray’s qualities, qualifications and
experience, the combination of which, are the basis of this
company.
Ray has had extensive experience in business, through acquisitions
and green fielding, having owned and operated more than twelve
successful business operations in the last 25 years.
Ray has also held management positions with several medium to
large Companies in the vocations of Engineering Management and
Information Technology where his positions were to look at ways to
increase efficiencies, streamline production, project management,
staff training and development and continuous improvement (not
exhaustive by any means).
Early in 1999, Ray Earl established Skynet Corporation Pty Ltd
as an Information Technology Support Company. As the business grew
it was decided to diversify into the area of training, facilitation
and course development. Skynet
Education was created and a platform for the delivery and
development of quality training in a flexible manner was born.
Working with a dedicated group of trainers and facilitators, Ray
has developed a committed training company, with an established
client base, and an ever-expanding range of quality products. The
primary goal is to provide innovative learning to help clients and
individuals meet their goals.
Expansion of Skynet
Corporation into Business Coaching and Consulting
A number of our clients from the training business knew
of Rays business background and had asked Ray for help with their
business growth and management. This was how Skynet Business
Coaches International was born, from the market needs for a
professional action orientated business coaching and consulting
company. Rays passion for helping people and business owners to
excel to phenomenal levels in business excellence has seen an
exponential growth in this area. Skynet Business Coaches
International is in business to help other businesses survive,
innovate, grow, and exit.
We cover the full range of business management activities from
birth of the business to management, sales, marketing, innovation
and growth - right through to helping the client with
the harvest (sale of the business).

Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation received from the

Ray is also
a sessional lecturer at the Australian Graduate School of
Entrepreneurship and a Fellow Associate Member of the Australian
Institute of Management.
